Best decision ever. No regrets, only counting the several ups this decisions has led to.

So many disadvantages of alcohol, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, liver disease, and digestive problems. Cancer of the breast, mouth, throat, esophagus, voice box, liver, colon, and rectum. Weakening of the immune system, increasing the chances of getting sick. Learning and memory problems, including dementia and poor work performance.

Anddddd bad decisions 😂

Something they haven’t mentioned on the internet. Along with horrible hangovers. Nope. I’m out for now. Life is too beautiful without it and waking up with no hangovers is freaking powerful.

There is obviously a reason we chose to put this up on a Monday morning..

Cheers to Freddy Heineken, as today would be his 100th birthday! Here are three facts about Freddy that still inspire us to this day:

1. Freddy introduced the Heineken® green-coloured label and the smiling ‘e’ font.
2. He earned Advertiser of the Year at Cannes ’95 and Advertiser of the Century in the Netherlands ’99.
3. The WoBo (short for World Bottle) is another great example of Freddy’s many innovative ideas – Once, when Freddy celebrated his holiday on a Caribbean beach, he discovered two local problems: empty bottles and a lack of building materials. So Freddy invented a ‘beer brick’: a right-angled bottle which, when emptied, could be reused in housebuilding.
